Dunamis strengthens senior leadership team with Project Delivery Director promotion
Dunamis, a leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) specialising in the design and build of High Voltage (HV) grid connections and networks, has announced the promotion of Sean Grossett to Project Delivery Director.
Sean’s appointment reflects his rapid progression within the business since joining Dunamis as a Senior Project Manager and underlines the company’s continued investment in senior leadership in support of its growing national project portfolio.
In his new role, Sean is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Dunamis’ portfolio of HV infrastructure projects across the UK. This includes providing strategic direction, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring the safe, high-quality delivery of projects, while working closely with customers, contractors and supply chain partners.
Sean brings a strong background in utilities and infrastructure delivery, having begun his career in the telecommunications sector before transitioning into the energy industry with SSE.
His experience spans both client-side and delivery roles, giving him a solid understanding of complex infrastructure projects and the importance of collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
Based in Bury St Edmunds and operating nationally, Dunamis is part of Fulcrum Group and has built a strong reputation for the design and delivery of complex HV infrastructure. The business has an excellent track record across HV I&C connections and grid connections within the renewable energy market, supporting solar farms, wind farms and battery energy storage systems (BESS) across the UK.
Dunamis is one of only a small number of ICPs in the UK fully accredited on the LRQA NERS register, with the capability to design and deliver electrical infrastructure projects up to 132kV. These accreditations, combined with the expertise of its highly experienced and specialist team, enable the business to support projects in a flexible, innovative and effective way, even in complex or constrained environments.
