The programme for the project was almost impossible to achieve especially due to severe restrictions and conditions imposed on the project by the local highways department for works on one of the main arterial roads into Cambridge. We are delighted the grid substation has been delivered on programme, it is now commissioned and formally adopted. This is a key piece of infrastructure for Fairham and will provide power for both housing and employment.
