Ecotricity required the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance for a 132/33 kV substation connection supplying 9.5 MVA for Galsworthy Wind Farm. The four turbines at the wind park power the equivalent of 7,000 homes per year.

We installed approximately 7.7km of private 33kV cabling and a fibre network to connect four wind turbines at Galsworthy Windfarm. This included the design and construction of a 132/33kV substation connection, supplying 9.5 MVA.
We used our in-group expertise to provide a full design, the construction and then ongoing maintenance of the infrastructure once energised.
