Dunamis announces new Commercial Director promotion as it grows market presence
Dunamis, a leading Independent Connection Provider (ICP) specialising in the design and build of high voltage grid connections and networks, has continued to build on its growing market presence with the promotion of Selina Everall to Commercial Director.
Selina has been working closely with the team at Dunamis for more than five years through her previous roles in business development at sister company, Fulcrum, before moving permanently to the company as Head of Pre-Construction earlier this year.
She has quickly progressed to Commercial Director, having built an effective and successful commercial team at Bury St. Edmunds-based Dunamis. This has significantly contributed to the business building a strong portfolio of client relationships and securing major high voltage connection projects across solar energy, battery storage, onshore wind and industrial and commercial sectors.
Selina is a highly experienced sales professional who developed her career in both customer service and technical sales roles in sectors including engineering, distribution and manufacturing.
She moved to Fulcrum as Business Development Manager, later becoming Senior Business Development Manager, after working for Wolseley UK’s infrastructure and water frameworks operations. While at Fulcrum, Selina was given the responsibility of supporting Dunamis’ sales growth following its acquisition by Fulcrum Group in 2018.
She brought her experience of managing large and complex infrastructure schemes to Dunamis, as well as her strong ability to nurture and maintain high quality relationships with clients.
As a result, Dunamis is building and executing a growing portfolio of projects that reflects its capabilities as one of only a small number of ICPs in the UK, which is accredited on the LRQA NERS register with the ability to design and deliver electrical infrastructure projects of 11kV to 132kV.
I am exceptionally proud of this promotion, which is also a reflection of the dedication and talent of the team we have at Dunamis, who have helped develop the commercial success of the business.
It has been built on our focus on nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding and delivering on their needs and requirements. Our commercial focus, combined with our HV engineering specialism, enables us to support projects in the most effective, flexible and innovative way possible.
Selina’s contribution to the growth and development of Dunamis has been exceptional and I am delighted that she has become Commercial Director.
